Guns I bought just to complete a collection

I bought a .40 S&W just because I had 9mm and .45 ACP and felt like I should have all three service calibers represented. I've shot it maybe twice. It doesn't do anything my other guns don't do better. Sometimes we buy guns for completionist reasons that make no practical sense, and that's okay,hobbies don't have to be practical.

 I have one of those tucked away in the safe as well, I guess it's more about having it than using it, you know? I hardly ever take it out but I don't regret getting it at all.

It is hard to pass up a good deal, especially when you’ve already got ammo...basically gun math working in your favor.

Yeah some guns just live in the safe and still make you smile knowing they’re there.

 Yeah, I still have one of those around. I don't even bother trying to explain why anymore. It just takes up a spot in the safe and honestly, that's reason enough for me.
