just got a 10/22, now what upgrades?

hey y'all, just picked up my first 10/22, and wow, I totally get why folks love these! it's a blast to shoot straight outta the box, but man, the customization options are tempting. trying to take it slow, but I wanna know what upgrades really made your rigs shine. what small mods or tweaks made the most impact or added that extra fun factor? what should I tackle first?

Had it scoped but using open sights is more fun

Nice, congrats on the 10/22, it's the adult Lego set of the gun world! Hands down, the single best upgrade is a Volquartsen Trigger Kit or just the Mags That Work trigger assembly. The factory trigger is heavy and kinda mushy. A crisp, light trigger completely transforms how accurately and quickly you can shoot

You can get some TandemKross magazine base pads for your Ruger mags. They make swapping mags way faster and easier. After that, look at a quality scope or red dot if you're not going with the open sights like LoProfile, that’s all you need
