I’ve heard some pretty questionable gun advice over the years, and a few lines still make me shake my head. What’s the worst piece of advice you’ve ever heard someone give about firearms?

Unless you count the gas you spent looking for components the last 5 years.
Most of my components come Via UPS, I like having shipping boxes around that say "Explosives" If you buy in bulk and or have a buddy needing components the Hazmat fee, can be spread our enough so you can usually beat local prices. Especially, when you factor in, going to Cabala's, or Scheels, or Sportsman's normally means you'll find something else you "Need". I rarely buy primers less the 10,000 at a time, and start shopping seriously, when I open the last box/case of 5,000. I still got caught in the last primer shortage, and ended paying WAY to much for primers....

That you'll save money by reloading......

I still reload for everything I shoot.... Well, except for rim fire.....
Yeah, the “reload to save money” line always cracks me up...most of us just end up shooting more instead
