Best 9mm Carry Ammo Recommendations

I'm on the hunt for solid recommendations for 9mm self-defense ammo. What do you guys carry, and why do you trust it?

I carry Federal HST

Most anything is adequate, as long as it is reliable in your firearm.

I like Atomic Ammo 124g +p .... If your firearm is rated for it.
My 1911's seem to really like Remington Golden Sabre ammo. The bullet has a more rounded profile.
