Its still somewhat random but using E-Forms most of our customers (my wife runs our small gun store) have their paperwork clear in just a few days.

All my current ones were form 1 that took forever years ago. Nothing new.

But have thought about taking with my LGS about buying one and waiting until the BBB passes before doing any paperwork to see how that turns out.
