I use a two-point sling for hunting but I see a lot of guys running single-point slings for tactical setups, what’s the real advantage of each, and when would you choose one over the other?
LoProfile said:Some of the single ones convert to a two point as well .... For us semi-feral, deplorable, heathens. I use a two point on my hunting rifles and AR rifles. I only use a QD single point on AR pistols. There's also a 12-24" one, made from Paracord for AR style guns. Developed in the sandbox to keep guns from being dropped/lost during a pew pew. Loop it thru your harness carrier, clip to rifle as needed

Two-point keeps things calm and practical, single-point feels cool until your rifle starts swinging like a pendulum.I use a two-point sling for hunting but I see a lot of guys running single-point slings for tactical setups, what’s the real advantage of each, and when would you choose one over the other?
