Wondering if a PCC is practical or just fun

It's a blast at the range but what's it actually good for? Home defense maybe? Plinking? Feels like a range toy more than a serious tool. Change my mind.

For me a carbine length in a pistol calibers isn't really sometime I'd do.
Now, in a 8"-10" platform.
Definitely useful for a SD or HD scenario
